The quarantine period during Covid-19 pandemic was a blessing in disguise: this site was alive again!

The quarantine period due to the Covid-19 pandemic was a blessing in disguise. On March 17, 2020 I started working at home for my job tasks could be performed anywhere provided there was a good internet connection. My regular 3-hour commute between home and office vv could be spent to revisit this ol' site, which had had not seen a new post since 2010.
In 2015 I actually started playing around with WordPress, Laravel, and Centos in a Digital Ocean server. Then I closed the Digital Ocean account to open a new one in Linode in 2017. I had to confess that to manage a server, virtual hosts, and SSL certificates was an overwhelming task — I had not mentioned the tasks of writing backend and frontend codes, however it was a good learning nonetheless.
Now I used my extra 3 hours to explore Vue.js and Nuxt.js. The Storyblok — a headless content management system — and Zeit — a cloud platform to host and instantly deploy my web app — also came into view. I spent USD 0 for these services, except for the domain name.
I planned to republish my old posts bilingually thanks to the multi-language support in Storyblok. I needed to resharpen my written English.
